Early Reactions From Red Riding Hood Screening

A group of moviegoers were lucky enough to attend a screening of Red Riding Hood last weekend in Woodland Hills (JEALOUS!). A few people have posted some of their general impressions on the IMDb boards. No spoilers are included below, but if you find yourself on the boards for this film beware, since some spoilers have been posted. One user mentioned there was temporary music and unfinished effects, but there was an overall positive reaction to the movie.

From unknowngirl005:
"Matter of fact, it's surprisingly good. I honestly didn't expect too much from it at first, but it turned out to be a movie worth watching and worth your time. It also caters to both teenagers and adults."

"Plus the love triangle rivalry is about social and financial status/standing (rich vs poor kid) and the BEST thing is that, the love triangle WAS NOT the major focus of the story - it is finding who the wolf is among the villagers. Meaning to say, it's not another version of Twilight as everybody is complaining and saying."

"And the BEST part is, the all around acting of the cast is excellent too. The two new young actors who played the love interests are surprisingly good!"

"It has more thrilling actions and lots of twisted guessing games."

User gave the movie a rating of 4 (out of 5) stars.

From Thunder_God_Raiden:
"Just saw a screening of this and wow."

"...the film is visually stunning and it isn't completely what I expected."

"But I enjoyed it a lot and some of you will be very surprised when you see it. The stiff dialogue and the misleading "shots" in the trailer don't do the movie justice."

User gave the movie a rating 3.75 (out of 5) stars.
